We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Architect to join our Architecture team. We seek individuals with a strong blend of technical expertise, design sensitivity, and a commitment to societal impact. • Lead the development of architectural and interior design proposals from concept to detailed design, working closely with senior architects and team leaders.
• Coordinate effectively with other disciplines within Arup, ensuring seamless integration of architecture with structural, MEP, and other engineering aspects.
• Produce high-quality presentations to communicate design ideas clearly and compellingly.
• Create 3D models, visualizations, diagrams, and physical models across various scales and project stages.
• Participate in site visits to oversee implementation and ensure design integrity.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and sharing expertise.

• Degree in Architecture.
• 3-4 years of experience in architectural practice.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and project management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in Revit, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience with rendering software such as VRay or similar.
• Interest in digital tools and familiarity with programs like Illustrator.
