Formación
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) preferred.
Fluent in English and a second language (Italian or German) is an advantage.
Responsabilidades
Manage the end-to-end transactional order management cycle.
Support Tier 3 markets and manage interactions with Bronze customers.
Collaborate with Customer Experience Partners to resolve issues.
