Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) preferred.
• Fluent in English and a second language (Italian or German) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end transactional order management cycle.
• Support Tier 3 markets and manage interactions with Bronze customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Partners to resolve issues.
