Maintain company accounts in compliance with local law and Group controller standards
Lead monthly closings, full-year financial statements, and tax reporting
Liaise with auditors and ensure financial statement accuracy and timeliness
Develop and manage major economic objectives and KPIs aligned with Group standards
Manage company operating expenses, investments, and capital expenditure
Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor and report financial performance, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions
Oversee tax planning and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Manage banking, treasury, and working capital functions, ensuring efficient transaction management
Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, ERP systems, and internal controls
Financial University Degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience leading finance, accounting, or controlling functions in a multinational organization
Structured, analytical, and conceptual thinker
Strong negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills
Proven ability to deliver results, manage change, and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills and high personal integrity
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred; German a plus
Proficiency with MS Office and SAP systems preferred
