Senior Manager, Finance – Alicante, Spain
The Senior Manager, Finance directs the financial affairs of the organization and acts as a business partner for senior leadership, providing strategic insights and decision support through performance controlling, management reporting, and analysis. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, drives budgetary planning, and enables sound financial management across the company.
Responsibilities:

Maintain company accounts in compliance with local law and Group controller standards

Lead monthly closings, full-year financial statements, and tax reporting

Liaise with auditors and ensure financial statement accuracy and timeliness

Develop and manage major economic objectives and KPIs aligned with Group standards

Manage company operating expenses, investments, and capital expenditure

Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

Monitor and report financial performance, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions

Oversee tax planning and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Manage banking, treasury, and working capital functions, ensuring efficient transaction management

Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, ERP systems, and internal controls

More about you:

Financial University Degree required; MBA preferred

Minimum 3 years’ experience leading finance, accounting, or controlling functions in a multinational organization

Structured, analytical, and conceptual thinker

Strong negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills

Proven ability to deliver results, manage change, and work under pressure

Excellent communication skills and high personal integrity

Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred; German a plus

Proficiency with MS Office and SAP systems preferred
