Role & Mission - What You'll Do

As a Senior 3D Illustration Artist, you'll craft high-impact visuals that define All in Hole. This role is about pushing 3D artistry to its full illustrative potential, bringing characters, environments, and objects to life in rich, rendered scenes that dazzle and convert. Key responsibilities include:

• Design, model, and texture high-quality 3D characters and environments
• Render standalone 3D objects (e.g., chests, headers, shop bundles) for UI elements that stand out and match the game's personality
• Maintain consistency with the game's visual identity while enhancing style and detail beyond mere functionality

Requirements

Preferred Experience — What's your profile

• 5-7 years creating high-poly 3D models or illustration roles
• Experience in shipped games is a plus; a strong portfolio in 3D illustration is essential
• Deep understanding of casual, cartoony, and stylized art styles
• Skilled in lighting, shading, and rendering high-quality still images (cinematics, assets, banners)
• Proficient in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Zbrush, with strong texturing skills in Substance Painter or 3D Coat; Photoshop skills are a plus
• Experience creating and rendering standalone 3D UI objects
• Ability to communicate effectively with concept artists and art directors
• Proactive, quick iterating, and able to manage multiple features without sacrificing quality
