The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of B2B field sales experience, particularly in sectors like ceramics or 3D printing. Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B field sales.

They are currently launching a new product, a 3D ceramic printing solution, across the EMEA region.

Main responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing
  • Actively identify, approach, and generate leads among manufacturers in the ceramic industry and adjacent sectors.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for market penetration and growth
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals that cover hardware, consumables, and service packages
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute directly to overall revenue growth
  • Work closely with Pre‑sales consultants, Marketing, and international teams to align strategies and report progress
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and forecast revenue with leadership
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
Core skills/experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales or technical fields
  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B field sales. Experience in sectors such as ceramics, 3D printing, or digital printing is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in selling capital goods is required
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently in a global marketplace
  • Strong commercial orientation, focusing on high‑return markets and new business opportunities
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international trips
  • Valid driver's license
