We are seeking a software engineer with experience in AI projects to support the design and development of projects utilizing AI products and services deployed in cloud and on-premise environments. These products will be used internally and commercialized as digital offerings for customers. Your focus will be on bringing AI-driven solutions into production and real-world projects, collaborating with Data Scientists, Architects, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and engineering teams.

The role requires a background in web development, Azure infrastructure, and Databricks for data science and warehousing. AI solutions may include large language models, computer vision, traditional machine learning, and emerging technologies impacting solution architecture.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the software engineering team in integrating AI technologies into digital solutions within the Digital Training Tools portfolio.
2. Ensure AI solutions used in software applications align with company goals, performance standards, and compliance requirements.
3. Provide technical support for integrating AI into real-world digital projects.
4. Utilize Microsoft development environments to build and integrate AI applications.
5. Leverage AI tools available within the company and incorporate them into applications for internal and external use.
6. Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to implement best practices for AI solutions.
7. Collaborate with end-users and developers to ensure proper data preparation, including vectorization and pre-processing.
8. Deploy and manage solutions using Azure infrastructure and Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery.
9. Support data pipelines, storage solutions, and machine learning algorithms using Databricks.

Desired Background:

• Experience with AI and data infrastructure such as LLMs, machine learning, ETL processes, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in software development for web and desktop, especially developing AI tools and environments.
• Experience deploying solutions on Azure and using Azure DevOps.
• Building and deploying AI products with language models and pipelines.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of computer vision for image analysis and defect detection.
• Familiarity with Databricks for data warehousing, engineering, and ML.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services, APIs, and frameworks.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security in AI applications.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques, NLP, or computer vision.
