Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead (SWQA)
The Global Pursuit Enablement Team is a dynamic and innovative team committed to delivering high‑quality solutions for Pursuit in HP Commercial Organization. We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and help us implement and integrate agile methodologies, testing processes, test automation infrastructure and best practices to achieve excellence in our development processes.
As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SWQA), you will be a member of a cross‑functional team, working closely with technical leads, developers, product owners, UX engineers and other experts to deliver high‑quality products. You will manage testing processes, automation framework, influence code design and define qualification activities to ensure our solutions meet high‑quality standards. As senior member of the team, you will lead agile adoption, DevOps, and the implementation of best practices.
