Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Strategist (Meta Specialist) to join our team. This role is designed for a Meta expert—not a generalist—who has deep experience running sales-driven campaigns for US e-commerce brands.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns exclusively on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Managing 10+ client accounts at a time, you will work closely with the Meta Ads division leader to ensure client KPIs are consistently exceeded.
This role demands : data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on sales performance, not just traffic or awareness.
- Segment audiences strategically and create high-converting ad creatives in collaboration with the creative team.
- Optimize campaigns daily against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, MER / nMER, and conversion rates.
- Manage client relationships directly, providing clear updates, performance reports, and proactive strategy recommendations.
- Submit detailed performance reports and build monthly, quarterly, and annual growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve LTV, CR, CPA, ROAS, and overall ad spend efficiency.
- Set up and manage third-party tracking integrations, and build custom events via Meta\'s tools or Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Stay ahead of platform updates, AI-driven tools, and e-commerce performance marketing trends to keep client accounts competitive.
Requirements
- Fluent English (native-level preferred) for seamless US client communication.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience exclusively managing Meta Ads campaigns (not a generalist).
- Proven success with US-based e-commerce clients running sales-focused campaigns (purchases, booked calls, subscriptions, registrations).
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and offer A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Experience setting up and managing tracking tools, custom events, and attribution systems.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with a track record of building strong, trust-based relationships.
Nice to Have
- Experience with third-party attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam).
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools for automating campaign management.
- Experience using Notion or similar tools for project management.
- Familiarity with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, AirBridge, etc.) and iOS attribution (SKAN).
