Formación

Our team is committed to helping our clients find the perfect property and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Representative at La Manga Club. You will be at the heart of our client\'s journey to finding their perfect property, guiding them through the buying process, handling property viewings, preparing sales presentations, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also work closely with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction from initial contact through closing. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Negotiating and closing deals with prospective real estate buyers
  • Conducting property viewings and showcasing the unique features of our new-build homes.
  • Preparing compelling sales presentations and negotiating contract details.
  • Building and managing client relationships using the HubSpot CRM.
  • Crafting and managing engaging real estate social media content.
  • Collaborating with our project management team to ensure a smooth and easy process for clients.
What We're Looking For
  • Enthusiasm: a true passion for selling real estate
  • Expertise: minimum 2 years of proven success in real estate sales, with a specific focus on new-build properties.
  • Communication: Fluent English, preferably native. Proficiency in French is a strong plus. Strong customer service skills and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy: You have experience using CRM software to manage customer contacts. Specific experience with the HubSpot CRM is highly desirable.
  • Social Media Savvy: You have experience creating and curating real estate content on social media, with a proven ability to engage an audience.
  • Location: Preferably, you are already based in the surrounding area of La Manga Club / Cartagena, Spain. Otherwise, willing to relocate to the area.
