This full-time role requires knowledge of landlord/tenant matters and property management, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Rental Manager located in Marbella. The Real Estate Rental Manager will oversee property management activities, handle landlord/tenant matters, Insurances, etc and work closely with estate agents. Duties include managing lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to managing rental properties and addressing tenant needs efficiently.
