Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a portfolio of high-end clients and properties.
• Actively source and list luxury properties for sale and rent.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to clients through the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements in the Marbella region.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions while safeguarding client interests.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through various channels.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent in a luxury market (Marbella experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Marbella and Costa del Sol real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Multilingual skills are a plus (English and Spanish are essential; other languages highly desirable).
• A valid real estate license and a driver’s license.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, social media, and digital marketing tools.
