The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

The project manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the project and must be competent in managing the six aspects of a project: scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.

How You Will CELLebrate

• Coordination and implementation of a suitable cooperation model with the internal and external implementation partners, including definition of clear roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate implementation in coordination with all involved experts, taking into account HC (PowerCo) standards.
• Managing project team members in interdisciplinary and international teams. Facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Monitoring of project progress.
• Stakeholder management (e.g. VSM Management, Project committees).
• Ensure effective and efficient project management to achieve the organization's strategic goals and results.
• Define, optimize and establish adequate project governance including clear escalation and reporting channels as well as meeting structure.
• Setting and controlling deadlines, budgets and activities in coordination with the Head of VSM
• Preparation and presentation of reports for project committees and for the VSM Managing Team.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of defined solutions.
• Supporting Head of VSM in daily Project Management (act as direct report to the Head of VSM).
• Work on a 24/7 shift model following the factory working calendar and applicable shift rotation strategies according to the constraints of the production process.
