We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Applications Integration Expert to join our team on an exciting insurance project!. Responsabilities :

• Maintain the global platform, such as but not limited to : Platform planned maintenance, updates, and upgrades, patching, migrations, consolidations, deployments, project support.
• Maintain the global provisioning portal developed in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure the highest levels of security and availability.
• Maintain operational, configuration, or Standard Operation Procedures and documentation.
• Manage Knowledge Transfer of operations to L2 teams to shift left activities.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Microsoft 365.
• Provide 3rd / 4th level support.
• Interface with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Assess security threats and service to implement countermeasures to comply with the group recommendations and legal obligations.
• Operate in conjunction with relevant infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to asset security threats, service to implement countermeasures, configure and report on security aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment and of the on-premises platform.
• Ensure compliance with Group Security policies.
• Provide expertise on the hybrid provisioning platform.
• Collaborate with M365, Architecture, Cyber Defense, Proofpoint, Group Security teams.
• Drive the change on the different virtual teams within the Application Integration team. Requirements :
• 3-5 or more years of senior expertise with Microsoft 365 in a Hybrid provisioning and authentication environment.
• 3-5 or more years expertise in PowerShell Scripting.
• 3-5 or more years expertise in Azure DevOps and C# development and TerraForm.
• Expertise in international environments and heterogeneous environments.
• 2 years of hands-on expertise in analyzing, documenting, and maintaining a large-scale messaging infrastructure.
• 2 years of expertise with Microsoft Azure and Federated authentication.
• Expertise of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services, Purview, Defender.
• Service with expertise in large scale organisations, with L3 support expertise in organisations with M365 SharePoint tenants in the rage of 50k plus users and 100k plus sites.
• English working environment and English context.
• French working environment and French context – Nice to have!. Conditions : Hybrid working (2 or 3 days / week in remote). Stable project with permanent contract. Location : Madrid.
