Location: Málaga, Spain (Hybrid work model)

Schedule: 39 hours/week | Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Language: Any Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) + English

Contract Type: Full-Time | Leadership | Sales

Salary: 36,000 + up to 10,000 in bonuses

About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, driving performance and revenue while managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You'll combine your leadership experience and commercial drive to build a high-performing team and deliver results in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a Nordic-speaking sales team
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, HR) to support business growth
  • Ensure high levels of motivation, engagement, and performance within the team

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in a Nordic language and good command of English
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and account management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
  • Willingness to work hybrid in Málaga
