Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Incident, Problem & Change Analyst to supervise and monitor IT Incident Management operations, focusing on Major Incidents.

The ideal candidate will ensure troubleshooting and remediation actions are executed at a high level of quality, following Incident Management processes and procedures.

Effective communication and coordination with IT and business stakeholders during incidents are essential.

The selected professional will manage the Problem Lifecycle for open tickets, perform proactive Root Cause Analysis, and follow up on remediation actions.

A strong contributor will produce and deliver Incident / Problem / Change reports regularly to IT Management.

This role requires continuous improvement of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor IT Incident Management operations.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate problems in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Manage the Problem Lifecycle and perform Root Cause Analysis.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing critical IT incidents, problems, and changes is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices is required.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and escalate effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with IT tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing / incident management systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, reporting, and automation in IT operations is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of change advisory boards (CAB / CCB) processes is an asset.
