Job Title: Head of Marketing Spain
We are seeking a hands-on B2B marketing leader with a digital-first mindset and a proven track record in PR, brand building, demand generation, customer marketing, and tactical execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise software or SaaS, preferably in the L&D and HR-tech space, and can translate strategy into scalable growth across the full marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, AI adoption, curiosity, continuous improvement, and data-driven execution.
- Contribute strategic insights within the international marketing team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand visibility, demand generation, and customer retention.
- Coordinate marketing planning sessions and workshops to support business priorities.
- Engage in industry dialogue and lead market and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Build relationships with industry influencers through PR and thought leadership.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer, refining buyer personas and customer profiles.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development on content and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with People & Culture to enhance employer branding.
- Drive the strategic use of AI and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, paid media, and ABM efforts.
- Manage CRM data integrity and plan external events to elevate brand presence.
Requirements
- Proven senior marketing experience, such as Marketing Lead or Director, within an international B2B environment.
- Strong background in enterprise software marketing.
- Experience leading and scaling global marketing teams, including remote teams.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns, AI-driven marketing, SEO, social media, web analytics, and SEM.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools.
