Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and efficient welcome. This role is responsible for performing check‑in and check‑out procedures with accuracy, making sure guests are assigned their requested room types and charged the correct rates. The Receptionist attends to all guest needs with the highest level of hospitality, responds promptly to inquiries, assists with special requests, and resolves any issues to guarantee a positive experience. Additionally, this position safeguards guest privacy and handles all front desk information with strict confidentiality. As a key point of contact, the Front Desk Receptionist plays an essential role in creating lasting impressions and supporting a seamless stay for every guest.
