We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist our Belgian clients who have taken out our insurance plans. You’ll help customers with questions, claims, and service updates — always ensuring the best possible experience 💬✨

💼 Responsiblities
  • 📞Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • 📲Provide advice, guidance, and solutions for customer queries and incidents.
  • 🤝Keep customers informed about coverage, claim status, and resolutions.
  • 🛠️Make follow‑up calls on claims and collections.
  • 💰Apply cross‑selling and retention techniques where applicable.
  • 💻Record all relevant data accurately in our systems.
