Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join us and help transform everyday customer success stories into meaningful business opportunities. Sitting at the intersection of content, relationships, and insights, this role focuses on building strong connections with existing customers, amplifying their voices, and identifying opportunities to grow mutual value.

You will get the opportunity to work closely with the Spanish Sales and Marketing teams, as well as global Product Marketing and Partner Managers, acting as the local voice of our customers in Spain. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, feels at ease engaging with C-level executives, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Customer Case Studies : Identify satisfied customers and create high-quality case studies and testimonials (written, video, or live) from start to finish.
  • Support Revenue Growth : Work with Sales and Customer Success to spot upsell / cross-sell opportunities, strengthen retention, and increase product adoption.
  • Lead Customer Events : Plan and deliver webinars, round-tables, meetups, and user events (e.g., Zoholics), ensuring strong content and a positive customer experience.
  • Build Customer Community : Launch and manage ambassador programs, support a Customer Advisory Board, and facilitate newsletters, forums, and feedback channels.
  • Analyse Customer Insights : Conduct customer research (churn, satisfaction, segment analysis) and translate insights into actionable recommendations and relevant content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Support, and contribute to broader European marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Ability to work closely with the Spanish Sales and Marketing teams, as well as global Product Marketing and Partner Managers, acting as the local voice of the customer in Spain.
  • Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives, in a fast-paced and collaborative B2B environment.
  • A natural people person — easy-going, curious, and confident speaking with customers from operational users to senior decision-makers.
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or community / lifecycle roles, ideally within SaaS or the technology sector.
  • Fluent in Spanish with strong professional communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent writing abilities, capable of producing high-quality case studies, emails, event content, and customer-facing materials.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion independently.
  • Ability to analyse customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies and content.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, basic analytics, and marketing automation tools (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel across Spain (approximately 15%) for customer meetings, video interviews, events, and community-building activities.
