We are seeking a highly skilled AI software engineer to collaborate with our customer in the banking industry.

The ideal candidate will own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain for secure, scalable, and maintainable AI solution delivery through automation and collaboration with platform teams.
Responsibilities
- Owning the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain for secure, scalable, and maintainable AI solution delivery through automation and collaboration with platform teams.
- Closely collaborating with AI product engineers and platform teams to define and scope opportunities for AI‑driven innovation.
- Prototyping and validating Large Language Model (LLM)-based or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to drive business value.
- Contributing to AI‑driven automation efforts across developer productivity platforms, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Developing and maintaining APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features within existing platforms.
- Ensuring traceability, logging, and compliance of integrated solutions adhering to enterprise standards and security best practices.
- Driving best practices for automation, monitoring, and reproducibility, promoting continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer or DevOps / MLOps specialist with expertise in AI integration and process automation.
- In-depth understanding of CI / CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs.
- Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI solutions into production environments emphasizing scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Strong focus on security with familiarity with enterprise-grade tools and adherence to data protection and compliance standards.
- Skilled at working within agile, cross-functional teams paired with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or demonstrates equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English.
