The Creative team is looking for a skilled Technical Artist with experience in Unity Engine to kick ass making creative ideas reality! You will bridge the gap between art and technology ensuring that visual elements are integrated seamlessly into our projects. Come and collaborate closely with artists designers and programmers to achieve high-quality visual output and optimize performance.

• Collaborate with artists and developers to create and implement art assets within the Unity Engine.
• Develop and maintain shaders materials and visual effects to enhance the visual quality of our projects.
• Optimize assets for performance without compromising visual fidelity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to art assets and engine integration.
• Provide guidance and support to the art team on technical best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in game development and art production.

• Proven experience as a Technical Artist with good experience of Unity with emphasis on 3D games (use of Render Pipelines implementing assets - usage of prefabs etc.).
• Experience animating overall but specifically in Unity Timelines.
• Previous experience in mobile game development or real-time applications.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling texturing and shading techniques; and proficiency in use of software like Blender 3Ds MAX or equivalent.
• Use of Photoshop to create offer images UI icons and banners.
• Understanding of rendering techniques performance optimization and asset management for mobile platforms and knowledge in use of spreadsheets to maintain asset catalogues.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with AI image generation tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git Perforce) and experience with Jira and Trello to maintain art tickets.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work and technical artistry skills.
