About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will join the MML Marketing team and collaborate with the Corporate team to provide marketing support by organizing activities, communications, and regional events.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate all aspects of external events including customer, technology, trade shows, conferences, and customer visits, including display properties, presentations, and materials.
2. Develop product marketing content such as messaging, videos, and presentations.
3. Evaluate and implement creative methods to present Magna and its portfolio to customers and the public, considering keyword strategy and external comprehensibility.
4. Support global marketing and communication initiatives to promote and enhance the company's professional image.
5. Assist in planning, coordinating, and budgeting for various European events, managing from kickoff to execution and reporting.
6. Liaise with internal and external teams and vendors to ensure quality and effectiveness in all event activities.
7. Create and contribute to sales and marketing presentations under marketing management guidance.
8. Ensure effective communication strategies across advertising, web, and technology shows, maintaining group identity.

Who we are looking for

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 2-3 years’ experience in event marketing and communications.
3. Automotive industry experience is preferred.
4. Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
5. Graphic design skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator are advantageous.
6. Strong communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
7. Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
8. Technical curiosity and ability to learn new topics.
