TITLE: Manufacturing Technician – 2 nd Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our 2nd shift team. This full-time role involves the assembly of motors, electric machines, and various internal components—including piping, alignments, and wiring—as well as performing critical tests to ensure top-tier quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and rework mechanical products and assemblies.

• Read and interpret standard assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specs, and running sheets of moderate to high complexity.

• Follow procedures to rework parts and components in line with quality standards.

• Perform inspections, testing, and repairs on mechanical assemblies.

• Work independently with minimal supervision and assist in mentoring other technicians as needed.

• Collaborate with team members across different stages of the manufacturing process.

• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and work instructions with precision.

• Comply with all safety rules and company policies.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.

• Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality output.

• Be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills.

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
