Are you looking for your next Assistant position, possess fluent German and English language skills, and want to take on the next challenge and develop your career by working in a highly regarded global investment firm? Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Personal Assistant to join their team on a 2 year fixed-term contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from a similar role supporting high performing senior investment professionals with international exposure, who is wanting to develop their career as an Assistant in financial services.

This role is fast paced supporting senior investment professionals. You will be working with a team of exceptional Assistants with a flexible mentality.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Complex calendar / diary management
• Travel arrangement across time zones
• Processing expenses
• Liaison and interaction with global offices
• Data management
• Working closely with other Assistants in the business
• Ad-hoc administration tasks and involvement in internal projects as required

An ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role will be a highly motivated, adaptable, and organised team-player, who is able to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced environment, whilst also possessing the following skills/experience:

• 5+ years EA/PA experience, from an international financial or professional services environment
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent standards of spelling and grammar
• Uses initiative and is a self-starter
• Have a professional, committed attitude and approach
