Senior BDM Manager (iGaming)

We’re Masons Partners— a performance-driven team building strong partnerships and scaling iGaming projects across global markets. Right now, we’re looking for a Senior BDM Manager who knows how to turn connections into collaborations, numbers into growth, and opportunities into long-term success stories.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and expand our partner network — attract, onboard, and retain top affiliates and agencies.
  • Negotiate and secure long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze traffic performance, user behavior, and key business metrics (ROI, LTV, CR, EPC, etc.).
  • Calculate and adapt offers for different GEOs, managing figures with flexibility and precision.
  • Work with tracking platforms (Alanbase, Affise, Scaleo) and traffic sources (Facebook, Google UAC, Google PPC, SEO).
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively identify new business opportunities.
What We Expect

Required skills & experience:

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a BDM / Partner Manager / Affiliate Manager in iGaming / Gambling / Betting.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, and performance metrics (ROI, LTV, CR, EPC, etc.).
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to interpret key metrics (RD, ARPU, ARPPU, Uniq RD, etc.).
  • Hands‑on experience with tracking platforms (Alanbase, Affise, Scaleo).
  • Confident English communication skills — B2 level or higher.
  • Knowledge of market specifics across different GEOs (Tier-1, Tier-2, LATAM, Asia, etc.).

Nice to have:

  • Participation in major industry events (iGB, SiGMA, AffPapa, etc.).
  • Additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese.
