1. Analyzing requirements for the documentation
2. Planning creation from design to delivery, including reviews with departments, considering logistical and regulatory requirements
3. Creating external technical documentation across business areas, such as manuals, online help, and training documents
4. Developing maintenance, setup instructions, and updating existing documentation
5. Creating spare parts lists and catalogs
6. Preparing technical content that is clear, target-group oriented, and logical
7. Reviewing German and English technical documents from internal/external sources
8. Coordinating with customers and suppliers
9. Creating documentation for training courses
10. Visualizing content with graphics and CAD tools
11. Outputting documentation in various formats and working with content management systems

1. Completed technical training with further qualification as a technical editor and initial experience
2. Experience in defense technology documentation
3. Knowledge of technical documentation standards, ILS, and ÖA specifications
4. Familiarity with standards like TDV, H011, M011, Machinery Directive, DIN EN82079
5. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
7. Knowledge of electronic documentation, image processing, and CAD
8. Experience with databases
9. Teamwork, negotiation skills, willingness to travel, customer confidence, organizational skills, assertiveness, independence, and high commitment
