As a Technical Lead, you will work hands-on in EWM projects:
- Conduct customer workshops, design and document the planned solution
- Being overall technically responsible for the solution
- Develop and maintain ABAP code in areas such as MFS; Fiori applications using SAPUI5, RF Framework, Labels, Monitor enhancements, etc.
- Implementation of quality assurance measures
As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of SAP EWM developers, located in Germany and two other European countries. This will include the following tasks:
- Managing capacity of your team including resource planning and project staffing
- Performance management and recruiting
- Strategically grow and develop the team
- Coordinate with the leaders of our other SAP EWM teams and the Swisslog EMEA Software organization
What you need to succeed:
- You are experienced in leading teams or projects, either as a Technical Lead or as a Team Lead
- You have in-depth experience with SAP EWM
- You have sound ABAP knowledge, ideally in the area of MFS
- Several years of professional experience in development with SAP ABAP-OO round off your profile
- Experience in the area of SmartForms, (Web) DynPro and the related SAP modules (MM/SD/TM/PP) is desirable
- Fluent English and ideally knowledge in German language
