Your Responsibilities
  • Develop the market, establish new contacts, and build brand awareness for IKA in the sales territory
  • Prepare quotations and cost calculations
  • Organize and support trials in the test center
  • Train, advise, and motivate our representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in trade shows
  • Analyze sales potential in the defined region
  • Implement and coordinate sales activities to achieve revenue targets and generate sustainable growth
  • Identify, develop, and open new sales channels in coordination with the sales management
  • Monitor the market and analyze competitors
Your Qualifications
  • Technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering or process engineering) or equivalent education/experience
  • Several years of experience in international sales; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written); French and German are desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Residence in or near Staufen or willingness to relocate
