Senior Sales Manager (f/m/x) Scandinavia

Tasks
- Strategic sales responsibility for the Scandinavian markets
- Accountability for sales and profitability within the assigned customer portfolio
- Management and further development of key accounts, including oversight of customer projects
- Expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new clients within the territory
- Conducting contract negotiations
- Defining pricing, terms, and price ranges in coordination with management and the Sales Director
- Participation in the budgeting process
- Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new business opportunities
- Carrying out market and competitor analyses and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Attending trade fairs and events for customer acquisition and relationship management
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Strong understanding of the segment (market specifics, distribution channels, etc.) and developing a growth strategy for long-term business development
- Setting sales targets and contributing to forecasting and budgeting in cooperation with management and the Sales Director
- Regular reporting of sales KPI figures
Candidate Profile
- Commercial or technical training, ideally in flexible packaging or film production
- Several years of professional experience in flexible packaging or film production in a comparable sales or business development role, including revenue responsibility
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage
- Strong skills in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- Fluency in one or more Scandinavian languages and English (written and spoken); good German skills are a plus
- Strong passion for sales and the product
