Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager – DACH to support and grow our sales presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will play a key role in driving revenue, supporting account development, and strengthening relationships with hardware OEMs and enterprise clients in industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on sales professional with technical fluency, experience navigating complex enterprise environments, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Execute DACH Sales Strategy
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement the regional sales strategy.
    • Contribute to long‑term account development, recurring revenue models, and solution‑selling initiatives.
  • Manage Key Accounts and Opportunities
    • Own day‑to‑day relationship management with OEMs and enterprise clients.
    • Understand client technical requirements and procurement processes to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Pipeline Development and Revenue Support
    • Support regional revenue growth by identifying opportunities and tracking pipeline.
    • Assist in sales forecasting and reporting, providing visibility to leadership.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships
    • Support partnerships with system integrators, industry alliances, and channel partners.
    • Participate in joint go‑to‑market activities to extend reach and credibility.
  • Technical Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate the value of Edge AI and computer vision solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure regional needs are reflected in the roadmap.
  • Regional Market Engagement
    • Travel within DACH to meet clients, attend industry events, and monitor local market trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in high‑tech industries, ideally with Edge AI, computer vision, or embedded systems.
  • Experience with hardware OEMs, industrial clients, or channel partners in the DACH region.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and supporting business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region.
Location

This is a remote role based in Germany, with frequent travel across the DACH region. Proximity to major hardware OEMs and enterprise customers is essential.
