A leading energy company is seeking a Head of Commercial in Berlin to oversee energy sales and lead product development. You will manage P&L, build relationships with stakeholders, and deliver sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidate has an advanced degree, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in energy sales. We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and results-driven Head of Commercial to lead our energy sales division. This strategic role is responsible for overseeing the seamless supply of green energy to industrial customers, managing both classic electricity contracts and long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). You will also drive product development initiatives and explore cross-technology solutions such as battery storage.
As a key commercial leader, you will own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the energy sales division, ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic goals. You will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and technology partners, to deliver sustainable and scalable energy solutions.
