Fusion is one of Autodesk’s fastest growing businesses, and the expansion team fuels that momentum. We are hiring a Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist to grow Fusion inside high potential existing customers. You will drive incremental subscriptions, upgrade accounts into higher tier Fusion offerings, and activate Fusion’s advanced data capabilities with PLM.
This is a digital first inside sales role. You run focused, high velocity sales cycles over phone and Zoom. You identify the strongest expansion plays inside active accounts and convert them into measurable revenue and usage growth. You will partner tightly with other expansion reps, the land team responsible for new customer acquisition, and a deep bench of Fusion data specialists and technical sellers who help you position the platform with confidence.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $104,600 and $151,360. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
