In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Akquise neuer Kunden und die Pflege bestehender Beziehungen verantwortlich. Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

  • Kundenakquise und Pflege bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen.

  • Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen und Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen.
  • Vorbereitung von Angeboten und Preisverhandlungen.
  • Dokumentation von Verkaufschancen bis zum Abschluss.
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Fachveranstaltungen.

We are looking for a Sales Manager focused on the Baden Württemberg region, to join our CENTRAL team at Vaisala GmbH. The position is based in our Bonn, Germany office.

What's your role?

You will be part of our CENTRAL team of actual several professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to increase sales in this territory, in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with your sales partner in these countries and with department in the Headquarter. You will report to the Director of Sales EMEA Central.

  • Customer acquisition and maintenance of existing business relationships in the assigned sales territory Baden Württemberg and execute value-based selling
  • Processing all relevant inquiries (leads)
  • Technical and commercial consulting and presentation of the product portfolio (measurement technology, sensors, calibrations, services, etc.) on-site
  • Conducting needs analyses and developing customer-specific solutions
  • Preparing offers, negotiating prices and contract terms in coordination with sales management
  • Tracking and documenting sales opportunities until the sale is closed
  • Participation in trade fairs, specialist events, and customer workshops
  • Market and competitor monitoring to identify new potential
  • Maintaining and creating sales documentation in the CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Providing feedback on relevant customer requirements to product management and quality management
What will you bring?
  • A keen interest in technical matters paired with outstanding communication skills to comprehend customer requirements and provide optimal solutions
  • Knowledge of technical measurement would be a benefit
  • Proficiency in developing and sustaining long-term customer relationshipsWillingness to travel as required
  • A positive sales approach coupled with a strong grasp of economic principles relevant to the business
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player within a professional sales team
  • You speak German (fluent) and English.
