We are seeking to strengthen our Global Subsidiary Operations team with a Global Subsidiary Operations Manager (m/f/d) (temporary, limited to 2 years due to parental leave replacement).
What you can expect:
- Serve as the central interface at HUGO BOSS headquarters for our EMEA team in Global Subsidiary Operations.
- Support smooth sales processes from order entry to delivery, handling daily requests and participating in projects.
- Conduct training sessions for subsidiary employees on sales-relevant processes, notably S/4 and SAP.
- Coordinate shipment plans and monitor deliveries.
- Assist with SAP-related order processes during and after the sales phase.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or degree.
- First professional experience in a relevant environment (fashion, sales, etc.).
- Business fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Enjoy working with ERP systems like SAP.
- Team player with keen attention to detail.
- Enjoy investigating challenges, identifying patterns, and finding creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in processes.
- Strong interface management and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work collaboratively.
