A leading mortgage lending firm in Germany is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of Loan Officers. The successful candidate will manage sales performance, drive exceptional customer experiences, and oversee operational excellence for the organization. The role requires 5+ years in mortgage origination and 3+ years in leadership, alongside a deep understanding of mortgage processes and regulations. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and candidates must hold multiple state licenses. This is a remote position, allowing flexibility in work location.

As the Regional Manager and Branch Manager for Washington, D.C., you will lead a team of Loan Officers. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team in a specific region to deliver exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and drive adoption with the Premier Agents in the region. You will be responsible for the overall sales performance of your team and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue growth. This role reports to the Sr. Regional Manager of Mortgage Origination.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $89,300.00 - $142,700.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
