Tasks

We’re hiring one of the first members of our Sales team, a Founding Sales Representative excited to build and scale our outbound engine from the ground up.

You’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts: researching prospects, crafting high-quality outreach, running initial discovery calls, and generating qualified pipeline. As one of our earliest commercial hires, you’ll help shape our messaging, our sales playbooks, and how we bring Mello to market.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a high-growth B2B environment, or an exceptional graduate who wants to break into tech sales and learn directly from a founder-led team.

Your impact and tasks:

  • Identify and research high-potential e-commerce, retail & logistics prospects
  • Craft thoughtful, targeted outbound messages via email, LinkedIn, cold calls & other channels
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and understand customer needs
  • Test messaging and outreach strategies to continuously improve our outbound performance
  • Track engagement and results in our CRM and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
  • You have 1-2 years in a Sales Development or Business Development role at a high-growth B2B tech company or you have recently graduated and want to break into tech sales.
  • You are curious, self-driven individual who loves learning about new businesses and technologies
  • You have exceptional written and verbal in German and English and are an engaging communicator with attention to detail
  • You are energetic and comfortable with high-output environments
