Service Sales Steering – Drive Impact and Growth
Champion strong collaboration with Regions & Countries (R&C) to align priorities and drive results
Lead financial steering to deliver on Order Intake, Sales, and Gross Margin targets
Steering and developing of the global FPP Service Sales activities
Service Sales Support – Empower Our Sales Force
Enable R&C teams to excel in selling service solutions
Optimize Route-to-market and global Service organization
Bridge process gaps within the BU to secure customer satisfaction and speed
Manage and leverage iBase for proactive customer engagement
Identify technical skill gaps in R&C teams and drive targeted upskilling with Divisional Training
Your Impact

Driving profitable growth of the service business for FPP Service
Lead shared responsibilities with R&C as a strong Matrix Champion, ensuring seamless execution and impact
Your Profile / Qualifications
University degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
Broad work experience within management of a global service organization
Experience with managing in a matrix organization
Deep knowledge on financial steering and governance
Experience in business development
Strong intercultural and change competences
Strong communication skills
Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
