A leading construction technology company in Munich is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their sales team. We’re now looking for a Head of Sales to lead our Sales team. In this pivotal role, you’ll own the full sales process, while building and coaching a high-performing team. You’ll shape our go‑to‑market playbook, drive sustainable revenue growth, and position comstruct as the innovation leader in construction technology.
As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect our team members to be in our Munich office 3–4 days per week.
Drive comstruct’s top-line growth by closing strategic deals yourself while enabling your team to exceed their quotas
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, empowering them to perform at their best through structured coaching, feedback, and hands‑on deal support
Develop innovative sales strategies and scalable playbooks for inbound and outbound motions, ensuring we capture the enormous opportunity in the DACH market
Build trusted, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers at leading construction companies, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and upsell potential
Work closely with Marketing, Product, BDRs, and Customer Success to align on pipeline generation, messaging, and customer feedback loops
Monitor KPIs, optimize pipeline health, and implement proven methodologies to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles
Represent comstruct as the innovation driver for digital construction, leveraging your insights to influence product development and marketing positioning.
7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with complex, non‑transactional sales
Experience in 0→1 environments: you’ve built sales teams, playbooks, and processes from scratch in a startup or high‑growth setting
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, including selling to executive‑level stakeholders in an enterprise format
Strong network and experience in the DACH market
Excellent leadership and people management skills. You inspire, motivate, and develop others
Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Fluent in German, with very good English skills
