What you can expect
  • You are responsible for monitoring all relevant Field Sales KPIs (e.g., visits, meeting frequency, segment coverage, pipeline health, win rates) and deriving measures to increase Field Sales effectiveness.
  • You develop a standardized governance framework for Field Sales at the European level.
  • You prepare and conduct regular performance reviews with countries and channel management.
  • You ensure clean pipeline management for all Field Sales teams.
  • You review opportunity quality, forecast accuracy, and activity levels, and analyze segments, customer types, and deal sizes to optimize sales capacity.
  • You work closely with Inside Sales to ensure a smooth handover of leads and opportunities.
  • You build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards for:Pipeline & Forecast,Activity Monitoring,Segment and potential analyses.
  • You ensure data quality from Dynamics and local systems.
  • You analyze and optimize all core processes in the Field Sales cycle (visit planning, pre‑call planning, follow‑up, pipeline).
  • You act as a sparring partner for the Field Sales Channel Manager and local Country Sales Managers.
What makes you stand out
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics.
  • You bring strong statistical and process expertise.
  • You have 4–6 years of professional experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence.
  • You are experienced in KPI frameworks, pipeline and forecast quality, European governance logic, and performance reviews.
  • You are proficient in Power BI (including DAX, RLS, and data modeling) as well as Power Query.
  • You are familiar with Dynamics 365 and local CRM systems.
  • You have experience with SQL/Snowflake and advanced Excel skills.
  • You are well‑versed in KPI governance, pipeline health & forecast accuracy, segment and capacity analyses, and review and action management.
  • You bring a sparring partner mindset and excel at stakeholder management (channels/countries).
  • You communicate clearly and precisely and drive process harmonization and enablement.
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
