A leading green tech startup is seeking a Head of Sales in Hamburg to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in the energy sector. The role involves leading a sales team, building relationships with major stakeholders, and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, fluency in German, and a proven track record of closing high-value contracts. You’ll join Jan (Mid Market BDM), Alishan (BDR), Daniel (CCO) - and soon also a second Mid Market Development Manager (f / m / x). Together, you’ll be part of a commercial crew that values collaboration, ambition, and honest feedback.
