• You are responsible for managing the vinotheque’s kitchen and help shape the Italian-style culinary concept
• You develop seasonal menus with a focus on authentic, Mediterranean cuisine and work exclusively with high-quality, fresh ingredients
• You coordinate daily kitchen operations, lead your small team and ensure smooth processes
• You pay attention to the highest quality when preparing and serving the food
• You will work closely with the service team and exchange wine recommendations and food pairings

• Successful training as a chef and several years of experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally with a focus on Italian cuisine
• Passion for authentic cooking with fresh, seasonal products
• Creativity, quality awareness and a high degree of personal responsibility
