- Previous experience in solar installation is required.
- Must have a valid, clean driver’s license.
- Ability to commit to 40+ hour work weeks.
Aufgaben
- Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
- Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
- Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under guidance.

Venture Solar is expanding! We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team.Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof, we have a place for you.
Location: Daily reporting to Wilmington, DE
Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.
Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
Safety First: A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.
Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
Technical Skill: Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.
Reliability: A valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40+ hour weeks
