Job summary
An innovative EdTech company in Berlin is seeking a Transfer Pricing expert for a consulting project. You will work closely with the Director of Finance and Legal to develop transfer pricing policies and procedures. Responsibilities include guiding management on transaction implications, analyzing intercompany transactions, preparing documentation, and supporting tax audits. The ideal candidate should have experience creating transfer pricing contracts for the Finanzamt. This role offers the opportunity to impact educational access worldwide.
Qualifications
- Experience creating transfer pricing contracts and supporting documentation for the Finanzamt.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to management on transfer pricing implications of business transactions.
- Work closely with the Director, Finance and Legal to develop transfer pricing policies and procedures.
- Analyze intercompany transactions to help develop appropriate transfer pricing methodologies.
- Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and reports.
- Conduct transfer pricing risk assessments and benchmarking studies.
- Share insights on changes in global transfer pricing regulations and guidelines.
- Support tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
