ZS's Supply Chain & Manufacturing group helps clients improve product availability at lower costs through analytics, automation, and process re-design approaches. Our offerings span strategy, advanced analytics, planning, and technology to optimize resource deployment while maintaining customer service levels.

We seek a Manager in our Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) space to join our Europe offices. The role focuses on business development and project delivery in the Clinical supply chain space.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with internal SCM leaders and account teams to pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and manage client relationships in SCM functions, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure the quality and relevance of work products for client decisions
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex SCM consulting projects in the pharma/Life Sciences industry
• Present to senior leaders and prepare client presentations
• Manage senior client relationships, serving as the primary SCM contact
• Develop SCM venture intellectual capital for marketing and business development
• Contribute to the design of SCM venture assets
• Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Supply Chain, or related fields
• 7-10+ years of experience in management consulting or similar
• Deep expertise in supply chain planning and management, with strong understanding of data, technology, and SCM systems
• Proven success leading teams on complex projects
• Business development skills and motivation
• Experience in industries such as Life Sciences, Consumer Products/Retail, Industrial, Agribusiness, High Tech, Travel & Hospitality
• Analytic problem-solving skills, with the ability to see both the big picture and details
• Fluency in English required
