As an Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) subject‑matter expert, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise to work on projects for a Combatant Command. You’ll research, develop, analyze, provide input to assessments, conduct mission analysis, create staff estimates, and build concepts of support and concepts of operations. You will coordinate and collaborate with Psychological Operations (PSYOP), military deception (MILDEC), Cyberspace Operations (CO), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), and Public Affairs (PA), and participate in theater exercises. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes and integrating intelligence into theater plans and joint operations.

You’ll guide the work we do for the Department of Defense and the solutions we deliver for the warfighter.

You Have
  • 8+ years of experience working in support of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE)
  • Knowledge of Joint planning doctrine
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office products to create and present professional presentations and briefing material
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Completion of an IO Primer Course

  • Knowledge of OIE doctrine and policy, including those related to the U.S. and NATO
  • Knowledge of data science and data tools integration
  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate OIE tasks and guidance into OPLANs, TASKORDs, Appendices, and Orders

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
