Job summary
A multinational Engineering Firm is seeking an experienced Strategy Project Manager to lead strategy and transformation projects in Munich, Germany. This high-development role involves owning projects, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing organizational processes. Ideal candidates should have over 4 years of experience in top-tier consultancy and be fluent in English. This position offers the opportunity to advance into operational leadership roles within the organization.
Qualifications
- 4 years+ experience in a top tier strategy or management consultancy.
- Experience in change management and post-merger integration.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and redefine organizational structures to support strategy implementation.
- Manage cross-functional teams for strategy and transformation projects.
- Plan and implement change initiatives with leadership.

On behalf of a multinational Engineering Firm we are seeking a Strategy Project Manager to join their inhouse consulting team in Germany.
As a Strategy Project Manager you will own projects and manage cross-functional teams to implement strategy and transformation projects.
This is a high-development role with the opportunity to later move into an operational leadership position in the wider group.
- Organizational Excellence: Optimizing and redefining organizational structures and processes to support strategy and business model implementation
