As we continue expanding our international footprint we are looking for a Lead E-Commerce Manager to strengthen our digital presence and commercial performance across key European markets.

Responsibilities

In this position you will oversee e-commerce performance across Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands and United Kingdom managing both Amazon and direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites.

You’ll play a central role in connecting strategy and execution ensuring that all markets and channels operate under a shared vision and priorities.

Tasks
  • Lead and align e-commerce activities across multiple markets and platforms (Amazon and DTC)
  • Ensure commercial priorities are consistent across markets and fully aligned with brand and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the Polish e-commerce team maintaining strong coordination while respecting their operational autonomy
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable business initiatives
  • Facilitate bi-weekly cross-market reviews to track progress, identify bottlenecks and set new priorities
  • Guide and empower local e-commerce leads to achieve shared goals
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy and development of CBBHs international digital business
Requirements
  • Experienced e-commerce professional with a strong background in product-based retail or consumer goods
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in complex multi-market environments
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational understanding of Amazon and DTC ecosystems
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with a collaborative and empathetic leadership style
  • Enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complexity building trust across teams and shaping strategy while staying close to the day-to-day realities of e-commerce
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch or Polish) are an advantage. Being based in Berlin or willing to relocate is considered a strong plus.
