• Fluent in German.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional, proactive, customer-focused, and friendly approach in all tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to listen patiently.
• Persistence in repetitive tasks; strong time management skills.
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, and familiar with web portals (basic clicking may not suffice).
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet goals.
• Creative problem-solving skills, including out-of-the-box thinking.

Previous experience in the travel industry or with similar booking platforms is advantageous.
