This is a 100% on-site role where you'll be directly responsible for keeping the online experience safe and positive for millions of users.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary mission is to protect our community. You'll be the expert reviewing and deciding on sensitive content—like text, videos, and images—from the German market. You'll need sharp focus and high accuracy to identify and take action against things like hate speech or policy violations. No experience? No problem! We provide full, comprehensive training.

Your Essential Toolkit

• German Fluency: You must speak, read, and write German like a native. This is non-negotiable!
• English: You need solid working English skills (B2 level) for team communication and training materials.
• Availability: You must be flexible for a 24/7 rotative schedule (including early mornings, afternoons, and nights: 07:00–16:00, 14:00–23:00, 22:30–07:30). 2 rotative days-off in a week.
